Job description, responsibilities and duties
The aim of the position is to act as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure maximal customer satisfaction. The CSR is expected to interact with sales and finance teams of the company and customers, using digital tools and systems as well as emails and phone.
The main tasks of the CSR are:

- Coordinate invoicing and product delivery to customer
- Actively monitor open orders
- Manage the complete order-to-cash cycle
- Interact with customers and provide product availability and pricing information
- Register customer orders into ERP & manage customer and product master data in the system
- Manage warranties and follow up on local stock
- Follow-up on open invoices with customers.
- Promote online ordering web site among customers and sales team
