Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Webshop Specialist who will be responsible for sales and profitability of an assigned B2B e-commerce website.
You will work closely with the website agency, the Product Marketing Manager and local contacts.The position’s major roles and responsibilities includes (but not limited): execution of business and web analysis, planning and executing of marketing and communication initiatives, merchandizing (adding new products), and website optimization to achieve revenue growth and sustain successful e-commerce business.

Main responsibilities :
Analyze and evaluate the business performance of our B2B E-commerce website and identify/implement improvement levers;
Plan and develop strategies and execute initiatives for revenue growth using marketing channels i.e., Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Campaigns, Site Optimization, etc;
Work closely with the Product marketing Manager and local contacts to manage and deliver projects and tasks to close;
Respect branding guidelines;
Manage translations and budget;
Submit weekly business reports and quarterly business forecasts;
Stay abreast of the e-commerce trends and requirements to continuously find ways to increase and grow our EC business.

Personality requirements and skills

Graduated from a business or engineering school, you have a significant experience on similar position (in B2B or B2C) during which you have managed with success business growth in an international and industrial environment.
You present skills in developing digital brand content and inbound marketing, using marketing softwares (marketing automation and emailing, lead capturing tool, advanced photoshop graphical skills) or web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Marketo.
Fluent in English, you consider yourself as self-starter, proactive and willing to be flexible.
You are business oriented and ready to be responsible for this new/important challenge.
In addition, you are willing to learn new things and to continuously upgrade your skillsets and knowledge in line with the market trends and requirement.
