Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Independently execute daily service work in customer’s workshop (programming, tools, systems and components repairing, maintenance)
• Provide high quality service in agreed schedule and high quality
• Take active care and further develop professional relationship with customer
• Actively daily cooperate and timely communicate with Sales teams and Project teams to maximize customer satisfaction
• Timely and completely plan and report all own activities
• Immediately report to reporting manager and sales team any quality issues or any other issues noticed that might have impact on business
• Act fully in line with Business Code of Practice, The Way We do Things standards, OH&S rules and other internal standards as well as legal regulations relevant for the job performed
• Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan
