Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will:
· Proactively join competence owners in designing, administrating & updating learning paths for our employees in line with continuous learning principles.
· Create internal learning offers, including ELearning courses, videos & tutorials, community chatrooms etc. through internal/external partnership. Ensure learning offers are accessible at any time, in anywhere, with any devices. Continuously search and evaluate technology availability for learning solutions so that learning is continuous, efficient and fun.
· Support global competence owners to develop learning content in the right format and publish them in Learning Link LMS.
· Trouble shoot Learning Link LMS issues in cooperation with Learning Link project team
· Guide competence owners in professional chat groups’ management.
· Organize end-user system training ensuring all key stakeholders in our organization globally are capable of using Learning Link LMS platform and navigating through our learning ecosystem.
· Drive continuous innovation in learning through evaluating the feedback, learning big data and monitoring learning KPIs.

·You understand principles of database management
·You have the ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues from various cultures at all levels, including sound English language knowledge
·You have experience with designing & creating eLearning and instructional design, but if not, you are keen on proactively driving your own learning in this field to become expert in short time
·You like traveling & learning about different cultures. Business travel is required for this position.
