60% Training and Development activities:
• Identify competency gaps and based on that prepare a complex Training and Development plan
• Prepare and regularly update database of trainings for all positions in the organization
• Administrate internal Learning Management System, ensure the data kept in the portal are accurate, support colleagues in using the portal
• Organize Training and Development activities in cooperation with internal/external partners in line with the training plan
• Track and report all trainings done within the organization
• Support execution of the performance review process within the organization
• Support managers in induction and adaptation process of newcomers
• Execute exit interviews with employees leaving the company
40% Other activities:
• HR administration
• Recruitment (publishing of job advertisement, phone interviews, personal interviews)
• Payroll and employee benefits
• Various projects related to implementation of new processes or to improvement of the processes already running.

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree, HR specialization preferred
• Position available for fresh graduates
• 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcomed, not a must (T&D or HR administration or Recruitment)
• Languages: local + English: min. intermediate level
• PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work
• Team player, ability to listen to people
• Creativity, open minded personality
• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels with relevant representatives and diplomacy
• Self-reflection
• Willingness to travel is welcomed
