Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a professional who will ensure maximal customer satisfaction and timely cash collection by prompt customer claims & requests handling, professional communication with the customers, proper invoicing and ensuring efficient goods and service flow.

Responsibilities:

Customer support (50% working time)
* registration tools for repair
* registration customer’s orders, ordering goods from internal/external suppliers,
coordinating the internal suppliers order delivery term with external suppliers
* ordering goods from internal and external suppliers
* communication with internal and external suppliers

Planner (50% working time)
* planning jobs for technicians,
* ordering spare parts for technicians,
* cooperation with customers, service sales engineers and service technicians

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - basic
Microsoft Excel - basic
