Personal Consultant with Polish language

We are looking for new colleagues who will come to Slovakia (Banska Bystrica) for the paid training and working here. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable organizing the tasks, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Tasks:
You are recruiting our clients and finding a job for them (mostly caregivers) in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK
Working in the database of candidates
Proactively contacting potential candidates via phone by using your own innovative job advertisements to ensure that our vacancies are filled with the best people
Leading a team of personal personnel consultants and a comprehensive staffing program for all candidates and employees of the company
Continuously optimizing the recruitment process, including the performance of job titles, job descriptions, and job platforms
Jointly responsible for all administrative process and office management
Assisting our clients and answering all of their questions regarding Atena
