Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting project in the International HR Systems & Program Management Team to replace and integrate all current HR databases into one solution, the Global HCM System.
This specific role focuses on delivering the testing, maintain and review job aids across various workstreams.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Using the working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Actively working through test cases both directly and indirectly
• Monitoring output of testing and gathering defects
• Partnering closely with all workstreams to determine testing needs, reviewing job aids for Workday HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation etc.
• Creating or analyzing user stories and acceptance criteria requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios

Personality requirements and skills
• Fluent in English - both spoken and business written
• Required 3-4 years of experience gained within an HR function with a Masters degree.
• Basic understanding of Project Management Skills – experience and ability to lead small and mid-scale, global projects with limited supervision
• Advanced experience with MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in a Testing role using Agile methodology is preferred
• Experience supporting the implementation and testing of Workday is preferred
• Should have good experience on Automation testing
• Must have knowledge of and experience with System Testing/ Unit Testing, UAT, and Parallel Testing.
• Well organized, structured in handling work
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ability to identify defects quickly
• Required 3-4 years of experience gained within an HR function with a Masters degree.
• Basic understanding of Project Management Skills – experience and ability to lead small and mid-scale, global projects with limited supervision
• Advanced experience with MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
