Working time: 21/7 shift pattern, 8 hours shifts between 11.00 am to 8.00 am incl. weekends
Directs and manages a team of Technical Customer Care Agents in a Consumer Call Center.
We have a passion for technology which is all about making it simpler for people to live, work and play. Our service should be the same. This is where you come in. We have an expanding customer care team in Kosice to support our different lines of business.
Qualifications
Previous working experience in a call center environment managing / leading / mentoring /coaching a team - min. 2 years
Outstanding spoken and written English
Ability to work in a pressured environment
Ability to multi-task
Lead by example
Flexible management style
Be customer-centric
Flexible to work in 24/7 working environment
