Job description, responsibilities and duties
- The Application Support Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing support of Network Management applications.
- Network management applications are assisting network teams to achieve goals more efficiently via automation, intelligent monitoring and reporting systems.
- Position will require interaction with network engineering, support and architecture teams.
- We welcome people skilled in wider range of IT skills from networking trough operating systems to working with data.
- We are looking for technically creative individuals who enjoy solving new problems via automation of routine aspects daily operations.
- The candidate will work within a global Back-office team. (no direct customer facing)

• Understanding of networking concepts. CCNA like or higher level of knowledge is expected
• Ability to work with Linux based OS. Advanced user level or administrator level.
• Ability to do basic support and troubleshooting on any database system. Oracle MySQL PSQL
• Ability to work with data via SQL.
• Understanding of basic security concepts. Common sense for security. Encryption, PKI, Working with certificates.
• Ability to think through and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to maintain clear focus during outage situations.
• Experience with application support
• Good ability to fit in to team
• Ability to communicate with peers professionally in all situations.
• Fluent English
