• Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML
• Experience with Javascript, DNS/DHCP, Perl, SNMP, SMTP, shell scripting
• Understands the fundamentals of API development and consumption
• Practical knowledge of Linux
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Inquisitiveness and a “thirst to learn”
• Ability to think through and resolve complex issues
• Production application support
• Knowledge of Change and Incident Management processes
