Job description, responsibilities and duties
AT&T Transformation Office is looking for Solution Train Engineer to manage delivery of solutions for a specific value stream which will drive performance across GO&S and the business.
STE will require excellent communication and coordination skills with focus on planning, pro-activity and attention to details.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Management of timelines of both internal and external development teams, providing sequencing of initiatives for the overall Value Stream
• Provides status to the Business Initiative Lead for active initiatives (Development/ Implementation)
• Liaison to Business Initiative Lead (during the implementation phase of an initiative)
• Owning jeopardy and change management
• Manage timelines, milestones and risk status within all innovations
• Responsible for providing oversight to the Scrum Masters - ensuring User Stories/Epics are completed on time and within budget (scrum of scrums meeting facilitation) - coordinating any post implementation support
