Order Creator

Order Creator will support Site implementation Manager by creating AT&T VPN orders, their validation, ensuring quickest order release.
Being responsible for creating orders and supporting customers during the first phase of implementation of end-to-end solution as agreed in the signed contract. Within the execution of these responsibilities, the Order Creator interacts and interfaces with various other AT&T Business Units, teams and outside suppliers all over the world.

Roles and Responsibilities:
∙ Validate orders with customer technical contact and in internal systems for accuracy
∙ Manage and execute ordering and handover to internal teams of end-to-end solutions
∙ Update and maintain internal business systems which are used for project control, ordering and configuration management
∙ Liaise with other business units and support teams to ensure project release within schedule and scope
∙ Monitor and manage dependencies for projects
∙ Ensure deliverables are within customer's requirement

Key Competencies and Skills:
∙ Advanced to fluent English is mandatory
∙ Good analytical and work skills
∙ Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages (MS Office advanced user)
∙ Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
∙ Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
∙ A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
∙ Liable, detail oriented, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive
∙ Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport

Education and Qualifications:
University Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Additional Information:
EMEA working Hours - candidate should be flexible to work in shift model

Salary from 1210 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
