Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The applicant will be working in various systems and working with partners within the company to facilitate bill suppression and billing disconnects pertaining to their billing from AT&T. There are Service Level Agreements that must be met with the completion of the work.
Roles and Responsibilities:
▪ Perform billing disconnect and suppression in accurate and timely manner.
▪ Draft correspondence according to corporate communication guidelines, format letters, reports.
▪ Global collaboration, interface with counterparts in different functions/regions for process improvement opportunities
▪ Maintain positive customer experience and relationship
Key Competencies and Skills:
▪ Microsoft Suite of applications- Advanced skill set
▪ Typing - Advanced skill set
▪ Team player with strong work ethic and a positive attitude
▪ Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, problem solve and meet daily deadlines
Education and Qualifications:
▪ High School diploma
▪ English written and oral communication - Advanced skill set
Additional Preferred Qualifications: College
Additional Information:
Salary from 1210 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
