Sr. Associate, Billing Accounting - maternity backfill

The applicant will be working in various systems and working with partners within the company to facilitate billing turn up, change requests and verification processes in support of our business clients.
The goal is to ensure the customer is billed accurately and billing is triggered on time.
There are Service Level Agreements that must be met with the completion of the work.
The billing agent is not in touch with the customer directly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
completion of orders assigned from the daily workload
ensuring data integrity and billing accuracy
engage in resolving errors
identifying process gaps and contribution to process improvements

Key Competencies and Skills:
High School diploma
English written and oral communication - Advanced skill set
Microsoft Suite of applications- Advanced skill set
Typing - Advanced skill set
Team player with strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, problem solve and meet daily deadlines

Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma
University degree is welcomed but not required

Salary from 1210 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
