Working time: Working hours: 24/5, including night shifts (primarily US time 2:00 - 10:00 PM CET)

Working time: Working hours: 24/5, including night shifts (primarily US time 2:00 - 10:00 PM CET)
Job responsibilities:
- On-time provisioning of customer’s Move, Add, Change and Disconnect (MACD) requests
- Daily active cooperation with internal and external AT&T Resources to complete provisioning tasks
- Managing own work, efficiency and quality in order to provide outstanding customer support
- Responsibility for delivering the services within expected SLO ; meet required time and quality targets
- Phone and email communication with clients (requesters, site contacts and end-users) and other teams within AT&T
- On-call support for clients
