Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of Billing Dispute Associate consist of front office and back office activities. Within front office the main responsibility is to handle direct calls from our internal and external business customers where the key ability is to provide excellent customer experience.

Back office side of the job is more a ‘Problem Solver’, an ability to analyze data from various sources, having confidence in the use of internal systems and standard Microsoft Office software package, along with strong communications skills. The job requires interaction with multiple internal teams (sales; ordering; product marketing; etc.) as well as with external clients. Thus, proactive approach, attention to details and positive thinking are the key attributes to be successful in this role.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Salary from 1210 € gross per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Additional compensation for evening and night shifts.

Location:
CBC, Karadzicova 8, Bratislava
Contract type:
For external hires - Fixed-term for 1 year (possibility to extend depending on employee performance) up until return of the employee from maternity leave
Working hours:
Flexible work shifts- US hours + EMEA hours
  • US time shift, flexible start time from 1PM to 3.30PM
  • Up to 8 EMEA days/month, flexible start time from 8AM to 12.30PM
Benefit: Taxi on company expenses from 10:30PM (within Bratislava)
Salary from 1210 € gorss per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
Additional compensation for evening and night shifts.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Spanish language - advantage
  • Very good communication skills - The ability to interact on the phone with internal and external parties during problem determination process. Prior customer facing experience is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyze data and identify possible errors
  • Precise, detail-oriented and good time management
  • MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)
