The Global Compute & Storage Operations organization is seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join us as full-time Web Design Engineers for AT&T's Summer Internship Program in our Bratislava, Slovakia office. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and author web-enabled application
• Design presentation and application logic layers
• Create self-written code for presentation and application logic layers
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and testing code
• Documenting code and requirements for deployment to production
Key Competencies and Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of MVC (model/view/controller) web frameworks
• Knowledge of JSON and API design
• Desire to learn and work in the PERL programming language
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work alone or in a team environment
• Ability to understand the technical design/architecture of applications
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and without supervision
• Fluent use of English written and spoken
Education and Qualifications:
• University student in Computer Science or IT related field
• Intermediate English skills (written and verbal) – B1 Level
• Good organization and attention to detail
• A logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving and teamwork
