Summer Intern 2018 - Intern for Finance Team

Intern for Finance Team will assist to manage invoice receipt, upload and validation as well as dispute resolution for MoW Telecom Suppliers and they will be a part of the Access Billing Management (Finance) organization. Invoice management and disputes resolution also involves regular communication and follow-up with the vendors via e-mails, conference calls or occasionally face to face meetings with the vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting dispute specialists with billing related mismatches and disputes with Telecom suppliers in MOW. Dispute management involves regular communication, negotiations with the vendors via e-mails conference calls, Telepresence or occasionally face to face meetings with the vendors.
• Support the investigation and resolution of complex inventory issues
• Analyze and Support inventory management and accuracy.
• Support ABM team to improve Invoice Processing and Dispute Management process. Help to identify root cause of disputes and work with the vendors and partner organizations on improvements.
• Anticipate problems and drive resolutions using good judgment and negotiation skills.

Education and Qualifications:
University student in last years of studies - Economic or Finance/accounting degree preferred

Additional Information:
Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability.
Upper intermediate language communication skills in the Second language will be an advantage.
