Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Managed Security Services (MSS) Security Implementation Manager (SIM) position is a post sales service delivery technical project management function supporting the ordering, tracking, onsite installation and testing of the MSS premise based services globally. The role is customer facing. SIM often must partner with other service delivery teams to deliver the overall solution and with account teams to ensure the customer is supported end-to-end, from post sales through service assurance and billing, so internal communications and team work are critical.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Focuses on gathering, verifying and validating customer requirements for the MSS order received
· Determines proper configurations
· Works with customers or as part of a project team to verify how the MSS Service fits and supports the overall solution.
· Supporting NCR technicians with installations of MSS equipment
· Making sure databases and tools are updated

Working schedule guideline:
2pm-10.30pm
3pm-11.30pm
+ scheduled weekend work (once per month)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Required Skills:
· Combination of both project management and technical skills
· Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
· IP based troubleshooting skills
· A high level of service comprehension and attention to on-time performance as determined by customers and internal guidelines/targets
· Prior project management experience is helpful
· Prior experience in Firewall Service Delivery is helpful
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· fluent English
· CCNA and security experiences are plus
· university master degree is an advantage
