Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our team is looking for new team members fitting into 3 different roles: Order Manager, Order Creator and Gatekeeper.
Our teams are responsible for overall VPN service delivery (data and recently voice services) for US based customers.
This includes: order and data review, effective workload distribution, data entry and validation, site level implementation management.
All includes communication with external and internal customers like sales, engineering, project management, procurement and provisioning based in both US and International areas.

Gatekeeper:
• Keeps tracking of incoming orders and completes initial high level validation
• Checks internal tools for workload / skillset information and assigns orders to order creators and managers, lead and production engineers
• Responsible for allocation archive and reporting
• Provides assistance to sales and GOSS/FEO (sales support) teams

Order Creator:
• Key responsibilities includes detailed data validation, data entry to various internal tools, order release, circuit order placement to provisioning teams / local providers
• Works closely with Order Manager in initial phase and is responsible for clean and accurate order handover to implementation phase
• Cooperates with customers, engineering teams, sales and project management to ensure all orders are issued timely and correctly

Order Manager:
• Responsible for service delivery / site level implementation management
• Stands in the middle of customer, provisioning, engineering, project management, sales and order creation circle and oversees whole delivery process
• Key is communication between all parties ensuring smooth and timely delivery of all service components (data and logical circuits, related HW delivery…), this includes milestone tracking, escalations, fast problem solving and expectations setting
• Coordinates resources for service installation e.g. field techs and remote engineering
• Prepares weekly status reports and attends (regular) calls if applicable for assigned customers

Information about the selection process

Location: Bratislava, Lakeside Park
Working hours: US 14.30- 23.00 CET & EMEA 9.00 – 17.30 CET few days a week
