Job description, responsibilities and duties
Project Manager will be part of Billing Project & Process Management Centre (BPMC) within GBBS&O supporting Custom Billing Deals Implementation Sub-Portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Manager will support Billing Programs/Portfolios run within the BPMC department by focusing on:
• process (business process modelling)
• quality (quality management)
• systems (interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems)
• data (data mining and identifying trends and opportunities within data) analysis

• 3 years of relevant working experience in complex, international environment. Customer facing experience is welcomed.
• PC literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Internet, Visio
• Analytical thinking
• A self-starter demonstrating initiative and the ability to work around issues
• Pro-actively looking for new assignment opportunities
• Ability to cope with stressful situations & prioritize workload
• Well organized and precise
Education and Qualifications:
• Master degree
• CAPM or PMP
• LEAN and 6 sigma (optional)
• knowledge of PMI methodology is advantage
• PC literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Internet, Visio
