This position primarily performs the inventory migration functions as a member of a Transition team. The Professional Data Analyst is responsible for inventory validation via automations utilizing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) mapping software in order to perform cleansing of the input data and reformatting the data into the common CMDB input file for the data migration team. In this role the Professional Data Analyst interfacing with Transition Project Managers, Life Cycle Management ( LCM ) team members and the customer regarding Inventory migration tasks & activities.

Mandatory
  • English - C1
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Visio, Excel & MS Project)
  • Leadership skills and experience, High performer, self-motivator, and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, dependable with strong negotiation and analytical problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task under constrained timelines.
  • Business Acumen with background in Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Life Cycle Management and Billing processes.
  • Ability to work in multi-discipline cross-organizational teams to achieve results under tight timeframes.
  • Management Information Systems, Computer Science degree and/ or 3 to 5+ years IT experience
  • Knowledge AT&T Managed Services Best Practices
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore teams.

Preferred
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with data mapping tools
  • Knowledge of AT&T Managed Services iGEMS Architecture with 3 - 5 years background in iGEMS applications and relationship to business requirements of service lines being served is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CMDB / ORACLE Database Structure – understand referential integrity and relationships within complex databases used by multiple enterprise level applications.
  • ITIL, Six Sigma and technical certifications preferred
