Junior Reporting Specialist (SQL)

We are looking for a new member of our team, who will support the management with data collection, preparation of reports and work allocation. The team performs installation and testing of VPN connections for business clients and we keep a number of performance reports the successful candidate will prepare out of various sources – MySQL, Oracle, Excel, Business Objects. The understanding and experience in SQL is therefore an advantage, but not a requirement.
For candidates with interest in web development or network engineering, there is an opportunity to develop in those areas as well.
We are looking for a responsible, independent, customer oriented quick learner, with high attention to details. This position is suitable for a graduate or final year university student.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Data collection and consolidation, including checks for data integrity
• Periodic updates of Excel reports
• Preparation of Powerpoint presentations of the collected data for management reviews
• Development of new reports
Depending on candidates skills and interest, additional responsibilities might include:
• Development of internal tools (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Oracle, AngularJS, jQuery, etc.)
• Work allocation support
• Process documentation updates
