Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is part of Design and Engineering Organization responsible for service platforms within the Mobility network.

The infrastructure is built utilizing Oracle/SUN, HP, CISCO and other server systems running various OS products.
This team is responsible for working with across, internal organizations and external partners to implement changes on the production, Mobility Network and Application platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Capacity management and planning
Design and analysis of the next generation applications
Working with internal and external vendors on platform capacity projects
Monitoring of platform KPI/KCI
Production Method of Procedure (MOP) development
Working with Tier2 on implementation steps
Providing specific server configurations relative to the environment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Key Competencies and Skills:

Experience with Capacity Planning and Management
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Advanced Excel
Familiarity and experience with mobility is a plus
Wireless Communications Engineering experience is a plus
Virtualization a plus (SDN, Hypervisor, Openstack, Contrail)
Understanding of Networking (TCP/IP/ CISCO) is a plus
Experience with project management is a plus
