Job description, responsibilities and duties
A key role working within the LVMH LMC (life cycle management) team, focused on ensuring on time delivery of services to a high profile and challenging Client. Working within a highly motivated and focused LCM team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversight of delivery performance against Client specific KPI/targets
- Supporting improvement and analysis of performance
- Order statusing and tracking
- Reporting on WIP (Work-in-Progress), status and performance
- Good knowledge of Excel
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Good communication skills
- French language is a preference
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer facing role
- Knowledge of global access carriers and suppliers
- Basic procurement skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good math, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
Education and Qualifications:
Relevant Qualifications in support of the above skills.
French language skills would be a distinct advantage.
Additional Information:
EMEA working hours
Home office possible (up to agreement)
Fixed term contract for 1 year with possible prolong - maternity leave cover
Start as soon as possible
