You will play a crucial role as a key member of a our team in identifying and collaborating with distributors and retailers. You will be ensuring seamless manufacturing processes, and strategically managing our partners. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping our product lines, both commercially and within niche markets.

Responsibilities:
- Champion the development and execution of our product portfolio, from concept to market.
- Proactively engage with suppliers, distributors, and retailers forging strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Drive the coordination of logistics and foster collaboration among our strategic partners.
- Uncover and collaborate with niche distributors and retailers, expanding our product offerings and staying ahead of the competition.
- Continuously evaluate the product development timeline, from sourcing raw materials to delivering the final product on the shelves.
- Coordinate and support the product approval process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to refine product specifications and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape, thinking big to identify growth opportunities and make impactful contributions to the company's success.
- Act as a catalyst for innovation, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to the product development process.
