HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, HR administration, and support in local HR projects. This is a key role in building our team and creating a strong employer brand in Slovakia.

Key responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, candidate communication)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Manage HR administration (contracts, employee files, reporting) in compliance with Slovak labor law
• Support payroll input and cooperation with external providers
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related topics (leave, benefits, policies)
• Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Support employer branding and internal communication activities
• Participate in HR projects related to company growth and expansion

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR role (2-3 years), ideally as HR Generalist or HR Specialist
• Knowledge of Slovak labor law and HR administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS or HR systems is an advantage
• English at a professional level (daily communication with international HQ)
• Hands-on approach, flexibility, and willingness to work in a dynamic, growing company
