Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced, customer oriented product manager with eCommerce or Logistics background to become key person in all steps of development of the new software product in the CLOUD.

Customer approach:

- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Challenge the status quo and consistently identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues and working to resolve them
- Continuously monitor and measure end-user behaviors and usage of the product to inform ongoing optimization of product vision and feature pipeline
- Create and socialize the customer and business rationale (Customer Impact & ROI business cases) for relevant product enhancements to champion and communicate the product vision
- Stay current in functional expertise and keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

Product management approach:

- Bridge business and technical worlds very well, a good conceptual problem solver to articulate opportunities and solutions
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
- Clearly define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities
- Engage in market, competitor, and user research
- Flesh out ideas with wireframes and mockups (in conjunction with designers)
- Work with engineers and designers to define product requirements and ship features regularly
- Analyze data, including analytics and A/B testing results
- Use data analysis to improve features and inspire new product ideas
- Create stories in collaboration with architects, development and operations teams and manage a coherent product backlog
- Follows agile methodology and facilitates sprint reviews, demos, sprint planning and story refinement in collaboration with agile teams
- Ensure the completion of team deliverables and set/adhere to team budgets, as applicable
