- Manage development of software base on specifications based upon stakeholder inputs.
- Leadership of people an agile team/teams
- Work collaboratively with the global team of engineers, architects and management.
- Responsibility for costs and investments in IT (HW, SW, communication)
- Cooperates with external companies in IT field - preparation and control of contractual relations
- Plans and coordinates IT projects
- Select your new team members
- Provide continuous support to existing software products,
- Serve as a tech-lead on internal projects and guide junior colleagues,
- IT infrastructure, like server, network PC, licences

- English - Intermediate
- University degree (minimum Bachelor), specialization in software development.
- At least 5+ years working experience on similar position with Cloud/Hybrid solutions in international environment,
- Strong understanding of microservice oriented architecture.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance principles such as unit and integration testing.
- Understanding of UX and UI concepts as well as user-centered design is an asset.
- Experience in leading and management of local and remote teams
- Proven technical knowledge in cloud technology and architecture SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and Digital Transformation related topics,
- Active programming (C#) and scripting skills
- Technical knowledge in any of the following areas of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle), Containers (Kubernetes, Docker, CloudFoundry), virtualization over all,
- Ability to research and deal with cloud native technologies with focus on CI / CD processes reusable in Hybrid as well,
