Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an Internal Auditor, you will be performing risk-based audits over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. You will act as internal auditor in

Czech and Slovak branches by determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans, obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc. You will document the process and prepare audit findings; present reports that reflect audit’s results in front of the management board of the Company and conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.

Personality requirements and skills

  • You have BS degree in Accounting or Finance
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in internal audit or general auditing
  • You have experience in auditing IT companies and/ or IT projects
  • You have knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations, including International Standards for Internal Audit
  • You have strong ethical standards and high level of integrity
  • You have the ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgment
  • You have advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • You have ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
  • You have strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • You are ready to travel to other countries where the Company operates
  • You are a good team-player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing. 
  • You are reporting to the CEO
  • You will create and lead new internal audit department
