Job description, responsibilities and duties
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to assess the company’s talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Use a variety of techniques and online platforms (LinkedIn, profesia.sk, etc.) to discover and attract the best passive engineering talent
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person behavioral based interviews to assess both technical baseline as well as soft skills required to be successful at Asseco CEIT
- Take full ownership of the entire recruiting and onboarding process, including trial period
- Focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience and best first impression of Asseco CEIT
