Job description, responsibilities and duties

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with business and engineering leaders to assess the company’s talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Use a variety of techniques and online platforms (LinkedIn, profesia.sk, etc.) to discover and attract the best passive engineering talent
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person behavioral based interviews to assess both technical baseline as well as soft skills required to be successful at Asseco CEIT
  • Take full ownership of the entire recruiting and onboarding process, including trial period
  • Focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience and best first impression of Asseco CEIT

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
  • Proven relationship management experience with business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent Slovak Republic employment legislation and employment market trends
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
