Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is a career opportunity to lead the team of Administration & Billing Specialists and Validators serving DACH region of Arval BNP Paribas from our Regional Center in Bratislava. The team is multilingual and diverse with growing opportunity.
We are looking for experienced teamleader, who have background from Accounting / Invoice processing / Invoicing Operation area.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Leading, development and supervision of Administration & Billing team
• Perform daily work allocation to team members
• Ensure that all tasks/invoices are processed in high quality and no delays
• Perform daily and weekly reporting to assess the risk and ops gaps
• Ensuring that the agreed SLA & KPIs is respected
• Ensure continuous process improvements and team trainings are in place
• Act as a focal point for any troublesome or watched cases
• Monitoring and ensuring of accountability for the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow
• Works with local counterparts to continuously improve operational processes within Administration & Billing perimeter, in order to follow TOM structure and process organization
• Implement best practice functionality cross team/countries
• Regular contact with the supported countries and solving uprising operational issues (in communication, in delivered services, in provided cooperation from the local country)
• Participation in the recruitment process
• Reporting to HoAB and management based on reporting schedule and ad hoc requests
• Regular review of quality measures and cooperation on quality action plan establishment and implementation
