Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will become the member of the team, which is servicing several Arval entities throughout Europe, providing expertise screening according the KYC /Know your Customer method/. This department is dedicated to reviewing new and potential clients according to anti-money laundering regulations and international embargo rules. Through internal tools and procedures the KYC analyst is ensuring that the Arval Customer Acceptance Policy and Customer Identification Procedures are follow through.
  • Ensuring the collection of the documentation required for each KYC file from the sales teams and through research (client websites, regulators, etc.)
  • Analyzing documents and information in order to give recommendations and conclusions with regards to the client and its activities
  • Undertaking additional reputation checks and diligences when necessary
  • Recording, maintaining and updating client KYC data in the information systems (e.g. change of name, change of address, merger with other entity)
  • Monitoring and conducting the recertification process in cooperation with the other Business lines
  • Elaborating reports and analysis to be presented to senior Management as part of the Due Diligence and KYC processes.
