Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for dedicated and people-oriented leader for our growing team of End of Contract Specialists and Vehicle Logistic Specialists. This team supports various Arval entities within Central and West Europe and Nordics.
Your main respoonsibility will be to lead the End of Contract team and ensuring its operability and productivity:

  • Participation in the selection process of new employees within the entrusted area
  • Management and organization of teamwork, division and prioritization of tasks
  • Conducting meetings and cascading information in connection with the organization of work and distribution of individual activities
  • Coordination of activities according to the needs of internal clients
  • Participation in the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring their subsequent implementation in everyday work through motivation and feedback, career interviews, creating competitions, coaching and leading by example
  • Coordination and control of assigned project activities, quality control of delivered works
  • Standardization and implementation of work procedures with the aim of continuously increasing efficiency and mitigating operational risks
  • Responsibility for the successful implementation of the entrusted projects, compliance with the content conditions, schedule and budget
  • Continuous education and information on the development of the automotive market in connection with new technologies and service procedures
  • Management and processing of requests from service partners and internal clients during opening hours agreed with serviced entities, based on planned team shifts
  • Smooth and efficient processing of all necessary activities related to the End of Contract and vehicle logistic
  • Close cooperation within teams in the Arval Regional Center and with partners in countries supported by the Arval Regional Center
  • Communication with suppliers in supported countries
  • Receipt, processing and management of requests (JIRA) and complaints (DYNAMOS) from internal customers
  • Smooth and efficient processing of all necessary activities related to vehicle logistic, inspection, contract de-hire, settlement, and remarketing activities
