Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a part of middle management level, you will be responsible for the End of Contract department. This department is focusing on administrative proccess of ending the contracts of operative leasing for various countries in CE region. You will be leading, inspiring and developing the team of 12 specialists.
  • Presentation of project plans
  • Leading and supervising the team of End of Contract specialists for the supported countries
  • Monitoring and ensuring of accountability of the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow
  • Working with key stakeholders (local and international) to continually improve ARVAL processes
  • Methodologically managing End of Contract department and related processes, full responsibilities for the End of Contract damages agenda
  • Cooperation with the departments within the Operations division for supported countries
  • Regular contact with the supported countries and solving uprising issues (in communication, in delivered services, in provided cooperation from the local country)
  • Managing assigned projects
  • Implementation of new countries in End of Contract perimeter
  • Preparation of the regular reports and analysis
  • Work with internal systems and databases, implementation of new Dynamos modules and other systems
  • Responsible for the communication with particular countries and internal clients concerning the harmonization process
  • Regular evaluation of KPIs towards the subordinates and countries supported by Arval Regional center
  • Full responsibility for End of Contract agenda (dehire process, final settlement, pricing background, used cars purchase invoicing)
  • Leadership and further career development of a key employees within the perimeter
  • Managing to fulfill and respect SLA towards the countries supported by Arval Regional Center,
  • Traveling to the countries within Europe
