Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Presentation of project plans
• Leading and supervising the team of Damage specialists for the supported countries
• Monitoring and ensuring of accountability of the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow
• Working with key stakeholders (local and international) to continually improve ARVAL processes
• Methodologically managing Damage department and related processes, full responsibilities for the Damage agenda
• Cooperation with the departments within the Operations division for supported countries
• Regular contact with the supported countries and solving uprising issues (in communication, in delivered services, in provided cooperation from the local country)
• Communication with insurance companies and suppliers
• Managing assigned projects
• Implementation of new countries in Damage perimeter
• Responsibility for the call center in Damage department
• Preparation of the regular reports and analysis
• Work with internal systems and databases, implementation of new Hippos modules and other systems
• Responsible for the communication with particular countries and internal clients concerning the harmonization process
• Regular evaluation of KPIs towards the subordinates and countries supported by Arval Regional center
• Leadership and further career development of a key employees within the perimeter
• Managing to fulfill and respect SLA towards the countries supported by Arval Regional Center
• Traveling to the countries within Europe
