Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Preparation & processing of documents for booking into GL
• Formal control of invoices
• Booking of all the incoming invoices
• Opening and management of suppliers accounts, responsibility for correctness of
suppliers data
• Management of liabilities and handling reminders
• Monthly reconciliations of delegated accounts
• Responsibility for archiving documentation
• Following internal processes
• Working instruction preparation and participation on procedures preparation
• Statistics submission
• Internal control preparation and follow up
• Acting in-line with managers requests and demands
