Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the position you will be responsible for:

  • Apply the Group’s internal control standards, disseminate culture of operational risk control
  • Identification and assessment of risks ( identification of the key processes – performance of risk identification and assessment works)
  • Organization and Procedures (definition of the needs in terms of procedures – Coordination and even performance of the formalization works, validation, distribution)
  • Verifications :extension of the generic control plans- definition and implementation of specific control plans, analysis of the results of the controls, contribution to the definition of actions plans and follow ups
  • Implementation of the fraud prevention system, contribution to the fraud cases investigations
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors on issues related to risk management
  • Organize/monitor trainings to the employees in order to ensure a high awareness of operational risk and compliance matters
  • Implement the financial security procedures on KYC, Anti Money Laundering, PEP, Financial sanctions and perform the required controls
  • Implement locally the Code of Conduct and perform training to ensure the awareness of the newcomers and employees
  • Implement the Whistleblowing process, and perform the investigations in case of event
  • Implement the Conflict of interest procedure
  • Implement the Customer Interest Protection procedures and perform the required controls
  • Contribute to the Data protection management
  • Preparation of local reports for entity management

  • Technical abilities in detecting and assessing operational risks
  • Effective handling of processes for risk management and permanent controls
  • Knowledge of operational leasing business processes is advantage
  • Ability to communicate with operational staff and managers – advice, recommendations, presentation skills,
  • Ability to provide trainnings for operational staff
  • Fluency in English language, German language is advantage
  • Efficiency in work with MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
