Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Customer reportings (Fleet Reviews – Ad hoc Reportings) and discuss them with the Account Manager
  • Support of Financial Controlling team:
o Preparation of monthly activity indicators
o Preparation of Sales department indicators
o Preparation of Service Delivery indicators
  • Prepare profitability analyses/ analyses of service lines for the Business
  • Supplier analyses and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement
  • Responsible for Complaint Management : preparation of Complaint Reports
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group
  • Assist with other projects as needed

  • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and self-judgment
  • Ability to accept feedbacks and to learn from them (positive attitude)

  • Min. secondary level education completed (i.e. high school)
  • Experience with reporting/analysis is 1-2 years
  • Analytical skills
  • Able to communicate in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
  • Appetite for Finance Environment
