Data Privacy and Protection Expert with German

We are looking for a candidate  s with active German and English skills, who would like to try something new. Specifically in a legal sphere (GDPR). You will act as a first line defense regarding all GDPR issues - data breach, data subject requests, controls, and consulting , for Arval company located in Germany. 

There is no need of any previous experience in this area, as we are open to training form scratch :)

What skills are required?

• fluent English and German  
• great communication skills - as you will collaborate with business and departments in a Germany (legal, T-DPO, General Manager and employees), contribute to regular and ad hoc reporting, plan workshops for Arval employees to enhance their insight within GDPR
• problem-solving mindset - since different cases such as data breach, etc. can occur, you will communicate with counterparties about the action plan and necessary steps to be taken, in order to prevent future happenings 
• strong information management ability - the ability to effectively access, evaluate and integrate information from various sources to support strategic thinking and informed decision-making. 

Contract: internal - 1 year contract
