Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Supporting Teamleaders and Head of Department with their daily tasks coming from operation
- Mapping and analyzing the effectivity of set KPIs and department targets
- Assisting with updates of working instructions
- Preparing reports for servicing countries
- Attending country calls, updating meeting minutes
- Support the team in preparing & organizing internal workshops
- Take part in internal meetings
