Job description, responsibilities and duties

  •  Work with colleagues in the team and across departments to ensure effective collaboration, communication in the delivery of solutions.
  • • Support change projects full life cycle from initiation through development, testing and implementation.
  • • Analyze and interpret data to challenge constructively and provide objective insight and solutions to problems.
  • • Ensure the relevant approach and standards are adhered to in any solution and process redesign.
  • Support effective handover of redesigned processes and documentation to BAU teams
  • Providing technical support to business units or other departments on issues related to their use of technology solutions
  • Developing new applications or enhancing existing applications based on requirements 
  • Designing or creating databases to store data and provide retrieval capabilities as needed by an organization 
  • Documenting all aspects of a project, from start to finish, including identifying problem areas that need to be addressed 
  • Testing software applications to ensure they perform as intended 
  • Smooth and efficient processing of all necessary activities related to SAS Administrative: 
  • Collaboration on specific team projects 
  • Independent and active participation on the development of own knowledge of the Company's products, processes, and organization.
  • Recognition of opportunities to improve the current operating methods and challenge them to improve our service and make it more efficient.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company rules and guidelines 
  • Creation of reports Various internal and external tasks 
  • Participation in team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with a superior
  • Participation in internal and external workshops
