Job description, responsibilities and duties
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization
Monitoring business performance and providing financial analysis to support management decisions
Overseeing profitability, revenue tracking, and financial performance indicators
Managing cash flow planning and supporting the optimization of working capital
Preparing regular management reports and presenting key financial insights and recommendations
Collaborating closely with operational managers to improve financial visibility and control
Coordinating finance-related activities with international stakeholders and group counterparts
Supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and controlling practices

Requirements for the employee
Minimum education required
Language skills
Driving licence
Personality requirements and skills
Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of finance processes and tools
Solid understanding of accounting, annual closing activities and tax agenda
Experience with communication with state authorities and auditors
Commercial understanding of revenue and cost drivers, opportunities and threats
Strategic understanding of business dynamics, strategy analysis and formulation
Professional working proficiency in English
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Confident communicator who can effectively challenge assumptions and support decision-making
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
