Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • ​​​Managing all hospitality operations, ensuring compliance to industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies
  • Implementing strategies to improve service quality, increasing operational efficiency, and optimizing customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and executing business, financial, and investment plans, targeting revenue growth and aligning with company objectives
  • Monitoring financial results to ensure revenue targets are met, identifying opportunities for cost savings and profit maximization
  • Organizing daily operations to deliver superior guest satisfaction, focusing on quality, professionalism, and seamless functionality
  • Proposing and supporting the development of new hospitality services and marketing strategies to strengthen market position
  • Ensuring team compliance with internal guidelines, optimizing workflows and maintaining high service standards
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to promote brand image and secure market leadership through innovative offerings
  • Leading and developing the assigned team, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment
  • Managing HR activities within the department, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and promoting employee growth and retention

  • High school or university education in the field of hotel and travel agency management, tourism
  • Minimally 5 years of professional experience in a similar senior position in the HoReCa segment
  • Skills in the areas of working with cash registers, warehouse management, invoicing
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, intermediate knowledge of the German, Polish and Russian languages
  • PC user - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Driving license B
