Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Managing all activities related to quality
- Monitoring plant performance, ensuring fulfillment of all quality KPIs
- Managing the Quality Team, supporting and developing team members
- Being responsible for certification and re-certification of the plant
- Driving improvement of all processes
- Managing quality related projects
- Handling and analyzing customers complaints, planning and supervising implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Reporting and escalating issues
- Ensuring calibration of all metrology and testing equipment
- Cooperating with other departments and plants, as well as the corporate quality functions

Personality requirements and skills
- University education, technical specialization is preferred
- Previous minimum 5 years´ experience in quality - on a managerial or senior quality positions in a production environment
- Good technical background
- Very good knowledge of quality tools and processes (APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA)
- Familiar with Six Sigma methodology and Lean manufacturing
- Experience with handling customer complaints
- Proficient PC user
- Active knowledge of Slovak and English language
- Knowledge of Hungarian is welcome
