Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Being responsible for management of the warehouse that deals with online orders
  • Managing individual warehouse units - receiving, picking, packing, shipping
  • Monitoring fulfillment of the plan and main KPIs: order processing time, availability of goods, warehouse turnover, costs, planning
  • Streamlining and optimizing warehouse processes and monitoring their compliance
  • Reporting production defects and suggestions for improving warehouse processes
  • Managing, coordinating and motivating warehouse employees, controlling their performance
  • Participating in recruitment of new people in cooperation with the HR Department
  • Having responsibility for attendance and remuneration of employees on a monthly basis
  • Being responsible for Inventory and optimization of stock size
  • Tracking warehouse costs and managing the cash book
  • Communicating with external suppliers and distribution companies and with other company departments
  • Being responsible for regular reporting
  • Managing the pharmacy shop
  • Leading the team (with approximately 50-100 employees based on season)
  • Planning and managing work tasks
  • Defining job descriptions and accountabilities of team members
  • Being responsible for selection and adaptation employees
  • Assigning tasks and goals, evaluating their fulfillment
  • Evaluating employees´ performance, providing feedback
  • Being responsible for motivation and development of employees

  • University education - Master Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of healthcare / retail wholesale distribution / logistics
  • Active knowledge of the English language
  • Advanced PC user
  • Driving license B
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Performance- and result-orientation
  • Conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to propose solutions for process development
  • Consistency and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with other departments across the company
