Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Being responsible for all shopfloor operations, including safety, quality, production output and efficiency including continuous improvement of KPIs
• Managing production value streams
• Ensuring safety on the production shopfloor, implementing and developing standards and trainings of employees (one-shift pattern)
• Coordinating with other departments´ activities to achieve and improve KPIs
• Preparing and being responsible for department annual budget planning and department finance
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitoring and assuring accomplishment of production objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner, providing gap analyses and actions plans for improvements
• Supervising and evaluating performance of production personnel and managing his continuous development
• Ensuring output meets required quality standards
• Coordinating proper staffing of production teams to meet expected outputs and efficiency
• Initiating continuous improvement activities in accordance with company procedures and targets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, regulations and guidelines, including IATF, ISO and other EHS requirements

• University education (Bachelor / Master) in a technical field
• Minimally 5 years of relevant work experience as a production leader, managing more than 100 employees
• Deep knowledge of production management processes
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and MRP system
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Leadership abilities to mentor and coach employees and boost morale
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in an international environment in a matrix Structure
