Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being responsible for business strategy implementation, operational management and controlling of business activities and processes, having full P&L responsibility within the assigned area
• Participating on setup and fulfilment of company sales targets
• Improving sales processes and managing programs of the sales network development, focusing on customer experience and brand image
• Proposing operational improvements with the main aim to maximize cost efficiency
• Leading the assigned team; ensuring employee selection, development and continuous support of employees
• Being responsible for planning and budgeting
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal and external business partners and suppliers
• Reporting to Commercial Director and Board members

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University education, preferably with specialization in Economics, Business Management or similar
• Proficiency in the area of sales management, including experience with independent traders
• Familiar with sales within the B2C segment, ideal experience with retail sales
• Proven professional track in business expansion and sales network development
• Experience with building and leadership of sales teams
• Active knowledge of English language
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Customer and result-orientation
• Ability to identify market needs and niches and develop new product / service
• Strong leadership skills
• Capability to make difficult decisions and manage changes when necessary
• Team player, able to accept compromise to achieve a common goal
