Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Work can be performed in either of the cities where the client company has its local offices: Bratislava, Nitra, Považská Bystrica, Košice, possibility to work partially also from home-office
• Assisting in and managing parts of financial and transactional due diligence assignments
• Providing due diligence and other business analyses, reports, documents and models for venture capital and private equity, privately owned businesses, corporates and high-growth companies
• Participating in development, implementation, and cross-selling of a range of advisory services with other company teams
• Communicating with clients and their advisors, as well as with other company teams in Slovakia and globally
• Preparing due diligence reports and other business analyses
• Preparing and/or reviewing financial models and business plans
• Managing project of data and data-rooms
• Implementing basic quality and risk procedures, managing documentation for assignments
• Conducting research and business analyses for client deals and internal business development
• Understanding and responding appropriately to client needs
• Developing relationships with clients and partners
• Assisting with business development initiatives
• Working directly with Partners and the Managing Partner in Slovakia
